What is a 30-day BootCamp?

A BootCamp is an intense military training aimed at pushing people beyond their limits in order to induce change at a rapid pace. In our 30-day BootCamp, you will learn how to incorporate simple lifestyle changes and proven success habits.

It takes approximately 28 days for a new habit to develop, hence the 30-day program. After 30 days in BootCamp, you can expect to master these success habits and take them with you for the rest of your life.

How does it work?

It’s simple. Everyday, you get a new assignment to help you accomplish your mission. These assignments include tools, exercise drills, and nutritional tips. Meanwhile, you track your progress in your daily log. Meal plans, recipes and shopping lists are also provided on a weekly basis to make this journey as simple and pain-free as possible. And, you can re-start a BootCamp as many times in the year as you wish. Is that good or is that good?

What if the BootCamp is too hard for me?

No problem. Our 30-day BootCamp can be adapted to anyone’s ability or commitment level. You can easily fine-tune the program to meet your needs, ability and time availability.

For the Weight Loss BootCamp, of course, as in all other weight loss programs, make sure you talk to your physician before embarking on a BootCamp with us.

How do you select your coaches?

At MyPrivateCoach.com, we receive approximately 365 requests per year from coaches who would like to be certified and listed by us. We only accept 8% of the applicants. Our selection criteria use the following elements: relevant experience, other certifications if any, international experience, other languages spoken, screening interview, references verification, etc. We do not accept any novice coach.

Should I get a doctor's authorization?
